Chris Jason Turns Passion into Purpose

Imagine having children and youth come to you begging to learn more about Creation! That is what happens when Chris Jason appears at fairs, festivals and churches with a mission to pass on his passion of the Creation message to the next generation. It was back in 2005 at our Creation Boot Camp that I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Jason of the Christian Creation Association in Janesville, Wisconsin. Chris had told us about a type of outreach that he and his group were doing at local fairs and we asked him to bring it down and show us how it worked.
Did Darwin Inadvertently Endorse Murder?

Let’s talk facts. In 1859, Charles Darwin claimed that if his evolution theory were true, there would be lots of evidence. A decade after his bold statement in writing, no evidence had been found. In 1869, Ernst Haeckel introduced a series of drawings that showed a human embryo going through the stages of evolution. Evolutionists relied heavily on this single work as proof of their theory. Darwin himself considered this to be one of the best pieces of evidence for evolution at the time.
Neanderthals: Compassionate and Caring?

No matter how much logic, scientific or historical evidence is presented, it may never unseat the prevailing false worldview about Neanderthals. God created the world in six days about 6,000 years ago. Some 4,400 years ago, there was a flood that destroyed the world (see Noah’s story, Genesis ). Before the flood, people lived to be more than 900 years old. After the flood, for a few generations they still lived to be around 450, but life expectancy then declined significantly. Fractured Fairy Tales

You’ve heard comedians’ versions of well-known fairy tales, twisted for their purpose—to get laughs. The facts of Neanderthals have been distorted to bolster evolution. It’s typical of Satan to use things that should glorify God to try to turn people away from God. He does this with creation, with God’s amazing designs found throughout the universe, with fossils that should serve as a warning of God’s hatred of sin, with the gift of marriage, sex, children, etc. There are scores of other examples, but every time I see articles about Neanderthals being sub-human, primitive, or stupid, I get a little upset. Even using the name “Neanderthal” upsets me.
Constant God = Constant Physics

My Musing
Right now, I am 34,000 feet above ground looking out of my window, flying on American Airlines to Fresno. I am very thankful that the laws of physics are constant. For a brief moment, I am picturing what I would feel if this plane suddenly dropped out of the sky like a rock! Maybe that is why I have to keep my seat belt fastened; it’s not turbulence, it’s that the laws of physics might change!
Chinese Language Goes Back to Genesis

The Discovery of Genesis
You may say that I am reading between the lines here, but the evidence gathered to show that the Chinese language goes back to Genesis is astonishing. The research began in the 1920′s and 30′s by Pastor C. H. Kang. It was during a hospital visit with a very intelligent woman that Pastor Kang was confronted with the theory of evolution. Feeling embarrassed that he did not have the scientific evidence to show support for the Creation account, Pastor Kang remembered a footnote in a Mandarin textbook that was used by a missionary.The Chinese character for the word “ship” was a combination of three symbols; vessel, eight, and mouth. Putting these three characters together formed the word “boat.” Over the next 40 years, the research and thoughts would be put into book form and today the book The Discovery of Genesis contains dozens of examples of how the truths of Genesis are found hidden in the Chinese language.
Dinosaur Graveyard Is More Evidence of Noah’s Flood

Why is it that these scientists can always find dinosaur graveyards, like the recently discovered one of more than 900 acres in Alberta, Canada, and yet they cannot (or will not?) even consider that they may have been buried by Noah’s flood? Peter had it right 2,000 years ago—the scoffers are willingly ignorant (“dumb on purpose” in Greek). (II Peter 3)
