Two New Dinosaur Species Discovered In Utah?

Dr. Kent Hovind October 5th, 2010

The Associated Press reports more new dinosaur fossils found in Utah (September 22, 2010). Great!  I love dinosaurs! However, paleontologists always add that they are from “millions of years ago.”  It never ceases to amaze me that so many researchers can find so many dinosaur fossils so far from any significant water supply, yet ignore that the area had to have been covered by water that suddenly buried the dinosaurs. They still do not see that the best way to explain all these fossils is Noah’s flood! Peter warned us that the scoffers in the last days would be willingly ignorant (dumb on purpose) of God’s creation, the flood and the coming judgment.(II Pt. 3:3-7). (See Seminar series, especially #3 & #6, for more on dinosaurs and the flood.)

Stephen Hawking CAN’T be serious!

Dr. Kent Hovind September 30th, 2010

When I read Stephen Hawking’s article “Why God Did Not Create the Universe” (Wall Street Journal Sept. 4-5, 2010 P. W-3), I couldn’t help but laugh! I thought, ‘This guy teaches at Cambridge University? He can’t possibly really believe what he wrote here, can he? Does he really believe this entire complex universe and all the amazing life forms in it came about when nothing exploded in the big bang?’ (See I Tim. 6:10)

Discerning Truth

After finishing The Ultimate Proof by Dr. Jason Lisle, I ordered his new book Discerning Truth to see if it had some more good info about debating. You will not be disappointed as you learn to expose some of the major problems in evolutionary thinking. Discerning Truth takes you on a short but effective journey into the laws of logic.

By Design or By Chance?

RC Helicopter and the bacterial flagellum

It took me five minutes of coaxing my wife to get her to see the value of our family’s first RC helicopter for the kids. (When I say “kids.” I mean me. :-)

Redemption Is Eternal

Eric Hovind September 22nd, 2010

During a Home School Family Camp this September, I had the opportunity to play paintball with the campers. After several rounds of capture the flag, team elimination and just plain fun, we ended the afternoon with a game called “Moose.” In Moose, two people are chosen to be “eternal” (they cannot be eliminated), and they have to take out all the other players before the game is over. It was fun when I was “eternal” because I knew that I could never be taken out. Even if the other player hit me, it didn’t matter—I was not going to stop until they were “dead.”
